Return & Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in case of:
  • Incorrect size, color, or any manufacturing defect.
To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • The issue must be related to a fault, size, or color discrepancy.
  • The product must be returned and received by us within 2 days of delivery.
  • Shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
  • Any duties, taxes, or other charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Note:
  • Each item is eligible for one-time exchange only.
  • Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. However, if an item is received with a genuine manufacturing fault or defect, it may be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery.

 

We do not entertain refunds or exchanges due to
  • Change of mind
  • Customer preferences regarding style, color, or design
  • Dislike after receiving the product
  • All our pieces are made-to-order, crafted specially for each client.
Formals & Bridals
  • For formal or bridal wear, orders that are not fully paid within the given time frame will be considered cancelled without refund. Customers are given a 7-day final notice to complete payments.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable.
