Order Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy
1. Custom Orders
1.1. All custom-made or made-to-order products (“Custom Orders”) are final and binding upon confirmation.
1.2. Custom Orders are not eligible for cancellation, refund, exchange, or return under any circumstances, due to their personalized and production-specific nature.
2. Regular Orders (Non-Custom)
2.1. All regular (non-custom) orders are produced under a limited, luxury production model, and therefore are not eligible for free cancellation.
2.2. Regular Orders may be cancelled within seventy two (48) hours of order placement, subject to a ten percent (10%) deduction on the total order value (principal amount).
2.3. Cancellation requests submitted seventy two (48) hours from the date of order placement will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
3. General Provisions
3.1. All cancellation requests must be submitted through the Company’s official communication channels.
3.2. The Company reserves the right to verify and process all requests in accordance with this policy.
3.3. Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe via the original mode of payment or as store credit, at the Company’s discretion.
4. Limitation & Exceptions
4.1. Nothing in this policy shall affect the customer’s rights in cases of:
- non-delivery of order
- receipt of defective or incorrect products
4.2. In such cases, the Company shall review and resolve the matter in accordance with applicable laws.
